Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order cancellation requests must be made before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be allowed through the website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Shopping Bags, Baskets, and Gift Bags.
  2. Return eligibility details and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, customers must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:
  • Damaged or defective product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Incomplete order or missing items
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, stains, or damage will not be accepted.
  • Customized, printed, or personalized Shopping Bags or Gift Bags are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Minor variations in color, size, weave, or finish are not considered defects.
  • Return/Exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer product page) will not be accepted.
